About Our Presenter:
Brian Hendricks is a CEO, Performance Coach, Best-Selling Author, and Professional Speaker. His company, Dynamic Developments Training & Leadership, helps clients develop into better leaders and communicators. He works with his clients on building organizations that are team-focused, client-focused, and organization-focused. He does this by training leaders and teams on how to be more effective communicators, training leaders on how to develop teams to reach their full potential, and developing employees to better their overall performance. He coaches leaders one-on-one on how to not only be better leaders but also how to perform their best from a mental performance lens. He is a motivating and exciting speaker who always wants people to walk away from a session with practical tools that they can use immediately to be the best version of themselves.
Brian is married and has three kids. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, a Master’s Degree in Leadership, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
