First Associated Insurance Agencies was established in 1969 by six business competitors that recognized they were stronger together than apart. Our fathers and grandfathers built the agency with hard work and determination that embodies strong Midwest family values and the sense to give back to the same community they serve. This unsuspected merger paved the way for our small business to not only compete with much larger agencies but offer a much higher level of service to our clients.   

After 51 years in business, we have always done things the old-fashioned way, building the business one client and one handshake at a time. The core of our success is our employees.  Many of them have been with us for decades and have become family. To this day, you can find our employees serving dinners or making lunches for the Meta House, collecting gifts for families in need, or sending care packages to soldiers serving our country.
