Tracy Holmes, CAE has over 15 years of experience working in franchising and professional associations ranging in size from a $2.5M budget to large international organizations with an annual budget of over $100M. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BA in Political Science and an MS in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, Holmes has worked for membership-based associations in Indiana, Florida, and Wisconsin. Tracy is a skilled presenter, speaker, and facilitator; specializing in operations management and has led strategic planning, business planning, and corporate training and leadership sessions with Fortune 500 executives, government, and business leaders from a broad range of industries and sectors. In his free time, Tracy enjoys backpacking, cycling, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. 

Dann Smith is a handyman, professional painter, licensed home inspector, and passionate flooring professional who has assisted countless families with their home care needs for the past fifteen years.

Prior to Floor Coverings International, Dann ran his own home inspection firm, providing families with peace of mind as they worked through the home buying process. Additionally, Dann has run a handyman business for the last eleven years, covering simple "honey do" punch lists, whole home interior painting projects, and everything in between.

A resident of Waukesha, Dann holds degrees in Business Management, Business Administration, and Communications, and is an avid reader, passionate bicyclist, and passable golfer.
