Nadia is a goal-driven number-cruncher who loves to work with data and spreadsheets. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and immediately put her love of numbers to work at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As franchise group controller, Nadia manages the finances for all locations.

Since beginning with TWO MEN IN A TRUCK in July 2016, Nadia says her favorite part of the company has consistently been the positive environment. Her favorite TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core value is “Be your best and have fun: To be the best professionally and personally while enjoying life and having fun.” 

After growing up in Northern Virginia, Tim served in the United States Army, finally making his way to Madison in 1993 to found the franchise moving company TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Since then, he has expanded into Racine, Waukesha, and Milwaukee.

His franchise is consistently ranked in the top 10% of franchises nationwide. The company has received many awards and recognitions, including the Humanitarian Award from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK International, and commendations from Senator Feingold, Senator Kohl, and Governor Doyle. 

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK actively supports more than 20 nonprofit organizations throughout the area. In addition, Tim has been named Backyard Hero and received the Community Service Recognition Award from the Downtown Rotary Club. Tim belongs to the Franchise Congress with the International Franchise Association and is active on many topics with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK International.

Lisa is a true TWO MEN AND A TRUCK success story, having moved through the ranks to become general manager of several franchises and now president and co-franchisee of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Milwaukee.

Lisa said, “I've been on the receiving end of opportunity up to this point in my career. Now I'm excited to give others those opportunities. The higher up you get, the more your success comes from the people around you. I’m excited to lift those people up and see more opportunities for all of our locations combined.”

Lisa’s core belief is that people are the organization’s most important asset. “We’re a service company, not a product,” she said. “Our people provide that service. They are our greatest asset."

As director of sales for all locations within our franchise group, Heather collaborates across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that budgets, project management, and business growth are on track across the system. She can often be seen representing TWO MEN AND TRUCK with the local media.

Heather is one the culture-bearers of our organization and is an active advocate for our human-centered workplace. A talented project manager for business moves, Heather enjoys building positive relationships with clients while skillfully guiding them down the path of their move.

Mike moved from Long Island to southeastern Wisconsin to start a journey that he describes as “100% his own.” He began what he thought was "just a job" as a driver at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. He quickly impressed customers and company leadership with his exemplary work ethic and was promoted to claims manager, handling tough situations and becoming a key team member. 

Now, as general manager of the New Berlin and Waukesha TMAT locations, Mike is incredibly proud of his team’s commitment to customer satisfaction and safety. His team has logged 100% customer satisfaction scores for multiple months and leads the way in safety stats.
